Be warned! Super 8 does not allow one to cancel a reservation if made online. Your credit card will be billed immediately on the day you make the reservation, no refunds. I travel through Wisconsin and Minnesota 10-15 weeks of the year and tried to cancel a room with 45 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE and Super 8 would make no accommodation for me whatsoever. I understand 48 or 72 hour notices, cancellation fees, but the Super 8 chain will do nothing. They take your moneyperiod.
Problems inevitably occur between customers and businesses.
Good businesses and reasonable customers can come to a reasonable solution.
Super 8 makes no effort to do so. I strongly recommend not patronizing Super 8 motels for this reason.
