I made an appointment to get my hair highlighted two days in advance and when I got there I was told to come back another time to get my hair highlighted because they ran out of bleach. At first I thought okay, well that's a logical excuse but then as I was leaving a girl there was asked if she was ready to get her hair highlighted. It seemed they only had enough to do the girl and since I'm a guy, I have to wait until next week?

I was in a hurry to get my hair highlighted for head shots and for the New Years Eve party this weekend, and now I have to wait until next week?? BULLSH! This was a waste of time and money because I had to drive a few miles to get there only to find out that I can't get my hair highlighted until next week!! I know there's a word for women who choose other females over guys, but I can't think of it right now, because I'm so pissed off! I think it's sexist! The girl who told me to come back next week is named Ashley.

She has short hair dyed black. Her natural color is blonde, and she has tatooes. Don't trust this b***h! She's not honest and will not give you a good deal!! She had another friend helping her and she is a gangsta mama drama queen wanna be! On top of all that the haircut Ashley gave me looks like sh!#! and I was charged $15.00 for it!! I told her how I wanted it when I went there and she assured me, I would look great after she was done!! Well it don't. She cut too much off and I can't style it the way I want! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I can completly under stand you're pain and suffering. I would say can this mistreatment toward a male customer / consumer be an isoloated incident or is it other? Such perhaps discrimination toward a male customer? Or is it looks discrimination. I recall reading: Looks discrimination does exist. I recall reading about a certain bank that was sued for looks discrimantion. From some notes I recall reading on a certain employee rights lawyer. Who wrote the book: Employee Rights By : Don D. Sessions? Yes the certain bank did not like the way over weight women looked. It hurt the image of the bank. The certain bank was sued and lost. It was a civil action. Then I recall reading that the major chain. Denny's was sued. Possibly for looks discrimination. It took place in : Las Vegas Nevada. The waitress or waiter refused to provide service to some plain cloths African American : F.B.I . agents. Then Magic Mountain was also sued for looks discrimination. The theme park appeared to be using possibly selective enforcement with intense scrutiny. To minorities that chose to wear baggy pants. Magic Mountain was sued and lost civily. Since the civil law suit . Things are much better. Its unknown if looks discrimination is a violation of : California Government Code:12900? Or a possible violation of : Title:VII the 1964 Civil Rights Act? However: Out of reasonable care and ordinary care. The onsite manager should have showed and displayed enough concern for you by at least calling you to nicely explain she was low on a certain product. Saving you time and gas money to drive all that way for nothing. How did it make you feel inside seeing this disgusting favortisim ? Did you perhaps feel : Emotional distress and hurt ?  Do you deep down in side feels as though you were discrimated against just for being a male customer? Is'nt Supercuts suppose to be for male and female customer's? Yet you were treated like a rag doll . Why ? Is the question . Why ? In oppinion how does the disgusting way you were treated coincide with the advertising? At Supercuts we pay attention to every detail so you can leave clean and ready to go?  In oppion is this false advertising ? California Business and Professions Codes: 17200,17500 and 17509 ? To some extent it also sounds like misrepresentation in regards to the way you were deliberatetly mistreated as a perspective male : Customer/ consumer. California Labor Codes:1050-1053. Under misrepresentation ?  Was it too much to ask to be treated with some respect and dignity for the onsite manager to call you and nicely inform you that they were low on a certain product? Or is it in reality she allowed this rude, arrogant mistreatment toward a male customer? Based on : Perhaps : Looks discrimination?  I would myself consider writing up this specific : Supercuts with the : Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.Gov. Plus: (((REDACTED)))  This is not how any consumer/customer should be treated. Do they realize we as humans have feelings? They should offer a written applology as a resolution with perhaps a discount coupon . This in oppinon should be in the news. I can't under stand who and why this disgusting mistreatment toward a perspective male consumer / customer is being tolerated . Who is turning a blind eye? I feel your pain and suffering. It should have never happend. Notice how this disgusting mistreatment has not even been in the news yet. Why? Who and why is it being supressed is the question ?
