Superior Mortgage Deception, Fraud Ripoff Brooklyn Park Minnesota

A year and a half ago both me and my father went through superior mortage to obtain a house. Both were approved and we got our homes. With my father, he had several complications along the way that had sent up red flags. First, when the papers were sent to the title company for closing, they had put in numbers that were wrong, stating more than what the mortgage was, then it was fixed.

Second they did a gift program, new to everyone but they made it sound like a ligit practice, and my father got his home. After some time my Father's mortgage company sent papers to verify income once again, come to find out Superior Mortgage had embellished my fathers pay and forged his boss' signature, without my fathers knowledge. When it came to my home, we were to have papers done and I was to be able to close in 15 days, which turned into 45 days (lack of return phone calls, my broker went on vacation, etc.). They did not have my paper work to the mortgage lender even two days before my closing, nothing had been done for them to verify employment, nothing had been done to get my paperwork in. I was to be out of my other home and me and my children were going to be homeless because Superior did not do their job. All they could say was rent a moving truck! On my loan also they did a "gift" program, now come to find out it is a scam... after talking to several people. I have called, sent letters, and even went to their offices to obtain mine and my father's original loan papers, credit checks, etc. and they said they no longer have them; that they don't keep them. All that was sent to me via email was our appraisails. I have talked to attorney's and asked if I should request papers from my mortgage lender and 99% of them thought it would send red flags and may cause me more problems. At the time my real estate agent went above and beyond the call of duty. He called my broker and mortgage company to get answers. We should have been able to claim on the HUD where the "gift" came from, but Superior said no way, when talking to the mortgage company they said they wanted to know nothing of where it came from and to just say we already HAD they money. Why you ask did we go through with this?? We had already given up our current home, had thousands invested, and were so far in, we couldn't walk away... we signed papers.... not even really knowing. My broker promised me my taxes and insurance would be escrowed... did that happen... NO... I didn't find out until the day we went to close... he promised me a fixed program... didn't happen!! Now, I have learned from a past employee that Superior mortgage DOES keep all of the papers, that they regularly forge information, check stubs, and signatures to get people approved! They constantly prey on middle to lower range income promising them the one thing they want most in their life... a home! They walk a tight line and break the rules to get people approved. They obtain loans with mortgage lenders they prey on people and scam them constantly... many have been written about on this website (Litton Loan!!). Most people have NO CLUE what it entails to buy a home... they trust their broker!! BIG MISTAKE!! Do your research!! My father and I have learned the hard way!!! What are our options????
