Superior Protection Plan Superior Protection Plan First Automotive Service Corporation Fraudulant Warranty That Will NOT Pay For ANYTHING!!!! Albuquerque, New Mexico

This company is simple a fraud. They will try to weasel their way out of ever having to pay for anything! I bought a 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T with 94,000 miles on it back in September of 2012. I purchased the Superior Protection Plan high-tec warranty that is 24 month 24,000 mile duration.

In January I get a check engine light and my car starts to ever heat. I take it in for a repair and the O2 sensor, thermostat, and coolant sensors needs to be replaced as well as a cat converter. Even though all this parts are listed as covered they deny them all and stick me with the bill.

In February I get the same check engine light. I have it checked and its the same problem. The car oil has been changed twice all ready by this point and is always full with brand new clean 5w -20 oil.

In March the engine blows and I have it towed o a dodge dealer with mopar mechanics. They determine that the cylinder head failed and cracked the engine block and it should be a covered repair. The inspector shows up a week later and denies coverage and says the valve seat somehow failed and caused the cylinder to fail and that the value seat isn't covered so the engine isn't.

He tries to suggest that the valve seat is not a lubricated part when in fact it is; At least according to the guys who design, build, and repair the mopar engines.
