First Automotive Superior Protection Plan DON'T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE WAY THAT I WAS Albuquerque, New Mexico

Do not allow First Automotive to sell you their "Superior Protection Plan".  They simply will not honor the warranty under any circumstances.  To ad insult to injury, they will be very unprofessional and very rude when they tell you that they are not going to fix your car.  The practice of offering a service, charging a great deal of money for that service, and not providing that service at all, in my opinion amounts to theft. 

I purchased a used car from a dealership in Memphis.  I took reasonable steps to protect myself in purchasing a standard warranty.  Ten months later, I find myself in need of a motor.  However, First Automotive will not cover the repair even though the engine is covered under the standard coverage plan.  I wish that I had kept the $1480 I paid for the warranty for the repairs of my car.  It was like throwing money away in purchasing that "fake" warranty.
