Superlifts I paid Superlifts in advance and never received the lift Nixa, Missouri

I order the lift from Dustin Rose at Superlifts on May 23th 2011. Dustin said if I paid in full there would be no charge for shipping. Big mistake on my part.

I was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. After that time frame had come and gone I called Dustin to get and update on the delivery of the lift.  Dustin said that the bad weather they had be having had caused the construction of the lift to be delayed but I would receive the lift the second week of July.

I Dustin again on the 21th of July and he stated that the lift was now scheduled for shipment on July 28th. July came and went so I called Superlifts again and this time I got a recorded message that the owner of the company had been in an accident and the company was waiting for a power of attorney to authorize them to continue conducting business.

I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General but have not heard anything yet.

I had saved for years to get a lift for storage of my two vintage Mustangs and now these crooks have taken that away from me.
