Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. They lied about what they would do for me. Failed to turn off the service for over a year after my request. Then charged me for that year. Then to get rid of them I just paid the bill and have proof of payment. Now they say I never paid it and want me to pay it again. Each person I talk to is totally numb and dumb. Do yourself a favor and never do business with Supermedia who is affiliated with Verizon!!!
