Supershop Accepted order and payment but did not ship product, now just ignoring they ever had order or payment. London England

I placed an order for a grill from Supershop Decmeber 2018. Their acknowledgement stated December 2019 but acknowledged & confirmed payment in the amount of $89.90 plus flat rate shipping of $10.00 for a total of $99.90

I have never received shipment and after several emails back and forth, they now ignor my request for either refund or shipment of original order.

I think they believe I am going to just forget their obvious thievery and not pester them anymore. They are so wrong.
