I ORDERED A KOHLS POT LUCK CASE. I PAID 325 FOR IT AND I DID NOT GET ONE THING FROM KOHLS. INSTEAD I GOT STUFF FROM HOT TOPIC AND TARGET ETC. MY CASE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE JEWELRY BUT INSTEAD HALF OF IT WAS PHOTO HOLDERS. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR YOU WILL LOOSE IT. THIS IS NO JOKE. JOE RICHEY IS VERY VERY RUDE HE TOLD ME I COULD GO AND I QUOTE " SUCK HIS d**k" WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PERSON IS THIS GUY? DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT I DID. I HAVE PROOF OF THE EMAIL THAT HE SENT TELLING ME THAT. NO JOKE. HE SAID I COULD RETURN MY ITEMS BUT WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

He is liar, thieve and con man. He will rip off anyone and everyone that comes his way, DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS GUY, IF YOU ARE READING THIS REPORT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY OR SWAPSELLTRADE (HIS COMPANY). HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Jason, PLEASE be sure to file complaints with all the following agencies. I have been forwarding complaints to them for months now and they have created files on this guy and are starting to build a case, they need all the information they can get for his day of judgement, which grows closer by the day.
Attorney Generals Office in OR + Attorney Generals Office in your State The FBI and the United States Postal Inspectors. A BBB complaint is good to file as well.
If you need any help getting these filed, please post an update here and I will get back to you with the specifics of where to file these.
Don't let this fraudulent act go unpunished, this guy needs to be stopped and with your help and the support of all his other victims he will be brought down.
