This company is definitely a BUYER BEWARE NIGHTMARE. They are very rude and have bad products. I purchase 25 Geneva HIS/HERS Watch Sets from them that were old and ugly. Eighteen of the sets were broken. I mix and match the sets to help the company out and sent back 10 Sets. I paid for shipping and handling to ship the watches to me and to ship them back to them. They didn't give me a full refund for the 10 watch sets, nor did they pay for my shipping costs. Four sets of the watches stop working after I sent the other ones back, so I lost more money. I ordered a Macy's asst 100 pc lot jewelry w/free plutonium membership. I didn't receive the website and the jewerly was all one style VLVT CHOKER W/FLW. NO one wears CHOKERS anymore, so I couldn't even give them away. I sent the CHOKERS back and paid again for shipping and handling. I didn't receive the full purchase price or shipping and handling cost for the merhandise.

I am writing in reference to RMA #6767. I received the credit for $159.96. The item cost $199.95. I lost a lot of money in this transaction including shipping and handling. The items were supposed to be a mixed lot of jewelry from Macy's and it wasn't, even if it had been something I could have sold I would have kept the merchandise. I want a full refund of my purchase. Please respond asap.
