I did file a BBB report and Joe Richey said if I sent the items back he would refund my money without a restocking fee. Should I trust him cuz it seems kinda fishey to me. But I have a box full of crap now that I am not sure I can sell. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Do not trust Joe Ritchey
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 12, 2006
Hi Jason,
NO, I would strongly suggest you not trust Joe Ritchey, just read all the other reports on this site about him. You would not be the first person he convinced to send his junk back and then find a reason to hit you with a 20 or even 30 percent restocking fee. He has done this to many others and will almost certainly do it to you.
Instead, I suggest you file reports on him at the following URLs:
Postal Inspectors
usps.com/postalinspectors
/fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm
FBI
http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/
Oregon Attorney Generals Office
doj.state.or.us
/finfraud/engexplanation.shtml
Iowa Attorney Generals Office
iowa.gov/government
/ag/consumer/complain_form/complain.html
National Fraud Center
fraud.org/info/contactnfic.htm
Please file your reports with all the above and as soon as possible.
I suggest you tell Joe Ritchey if he truly wants to settle this matter with you that he should send you a full refund upfront and then arrange to have UPS or Fed X come pick up his junk and return it to him, at his expense.
Remind him, this is his fault for fraudulently misleading you and lying in his description of what you were buying. You should not be liable for a cent of restocking fees or return shipping and you should get your refund upfront from him.
If he refuses, point him back to this board which he is very familiar with and remind him of how he has lied and cheated others by getting them to send things back first and then he would finish ripping them off by taking 20 or 30% restocking fees.
Please keep us all posted on how you proceed and the outcome of your dealings with this scumbag conman.
