Sweepstakes Clearing House Ordered Computer which was supposidly a Pentium IV and it turnes up to be a Pentium II ripoff Dallas Texas

This is my second commentary to those who are not familiar with the program at Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. I am not affiliated with SCH or any of their subsidiaries, however, I have been a customer of SCH for the last 8 years. I have never had a problem with an order. In fact, I have moved several times to different states over the last 10 years and they have not missed a beat with updating my information and getting my orders correct.

The computer system that Keith is referring to is the IBM Thinkpad laptop which is a very good quality system although the technology being offered is old. The system comes with a standard Pentium II chip clocked at 366mhz (megahertz) with a 4 gigabyte drive. I have the same model, but with a 166mhz processor and it runs MS Windows XP Professional! I am a system security specialist, so dealing with computers comes "second nature". There was no rip-off, only a simple misunderstanding. The laptop is worth about $350, but they obviously have to make a profit. A rip-off only exists if you have (and understand) all of the facts, but get something different from what was advertised or promised. *Also,you don't count the $500 coupon because it has no value. That is a simple marketing strategy!
