I stumbled upon this site regarding this company, This makes no sense to me, for the simple fact that i have been dealing with this company for at least 10 years now, With noting negative to say about them, And i have never had a problem until now, i feel as if i'm out of $380 an a bL. of $580 for a Akai 42'' T.V. i knew that it was a remfc item. And that did'nt bother me-"At first"

But with that said i tried to call 214-915-7100 to speak with someone at the customer svc dept.-i spoke to no one as of yet! on the automated system when i pushed in my acct: # it states that this acct is not "found" i feel as if they deleted the lay-a way acct an i just sent in $25 at the end of last month, i call every other month to make sure they received that last months payment.My last acct ck was on 9-28-07 So here i am "taken" along with other it seems. So what do we do next? i feel a class action law suit is in order, i dont no about any one else but idont have money to give away! i have my money order receipts.
