Swiss Colony RIP OFF - LIARS Monroe WI

Recieved a catalog in he mail.  (I have been a customer for years).  Went to the website to place an order.  Placed the order on credit.  Recieved a confirmation for the order.  A couple of days later I recieved an email stating that I would not recieve my full order as confirmed.  They refused to send out my "bonus" item.   I emailed them back and asked them to cancel my order.  They lied and said that my order was already shipped.  

However when I checked the status of my order it said "fulfilling".   I then emailed them again and told them tat I would like to cancel my orfer.   I got no reply.  About a week later, I recieved my partial order.  A perishable item that was supposed to be refrigerated upon reciept arrved warm to the touch.  I was furious.  As if being lied to wasn't bad enough, they send you a product that is not refrigerate as directed on the outside of the box.  Needless to say I will NEVER order from this company again nor refer their business to anyone else.
