SWM Nubodi Ordered free trial bottle & then charged $97.31 3mon.supply 2wks later & never recv'd pills. Called @1 1/2mos.later to cancel&get reimbursed upon noticing credit card statement. They would only cancel, not reimburse even though charges were made Nov.6'07 & still didn't send anything almost 1 1/2mos.later. Told would send out 3mos. spply+xtra bott. for inconven. They lied! I ordered a bottle of Hoodi+Green Tea online through a promotional advertisement, which cost $4.31 on 10/21/07. It was a free trial period for 2wks and if you didn't cancel on time then charged & would be sent out a 3mon.supply. Yes, I did forget to cancel during trial period, noticed charges for $97.31 on Nov.6'07 in Dec.statement.

Dec.18th called number next to chrg on statement & asked to please cancel my membership and also could I get reimbursed. I was told that they aren't able to reimburse me for $97.31, even though I never recv'd 3mos.supplyw/in a month and a half of them charging my credit card, which I mentioned to the rep. He apologized and said they must have been backed up w/orders so would immediately mail out my 3mos.supply+an extra bottle for the mix up. So, @10days later the pkg arrived.

First, it isn't by any means a 3mos.supply in the one bottle,which again might I add cost $97.31! It was the same amt of pills given in one bottle as the free trial one at the price of $4.31. This makes no sense whatsoever! The bottle clearly states srving sz:2capsules, srvings per container:30,suggested usage:as a dietary supplement,take 1-2cap.30min.before meals.

They tell you you're getting a 3mos.supply in one bottle when clearly you are not. I honestly think I fell into a scam this time, which is the first. Even though I missed the cutoff w/cancelling my membership, a company that charges your credit card & then doesn't even send out the product til much, much later & then it's not even what they say their sending should definitely reimburse consumer if their credible. But on this lovely note, it appears they are not. I would love to be involved in a class action suit against this company if this ever happens.

A hard lesson learned on my part and next time I will be more cautious. Thanks for your time and would love to hear back w/feedback.I forgot, one interesting fact:1st chrg on card appeared in following manner:10/21 NUBODI CALABASAS CA $4.31, 2nd chrg:11/06 SWM/NUBODI 801-2087485 UT$97.31. Thought this was alittle unusual.
