SWTransmissions Total scam! St Louis Missouri

This company is a total scam.  I included my VIN and stated what year and engine i had.  I received my transmission 1 week later and it was the wrong one!  The one they sent looked terrible. Spraypainted multiple colors.  Bolt heads were stripped  Missing parts.  The connector was all loose. So i figure i did not want to deal with this company.  I did not want to go through the labor of replacing this transmission only to not have it work.  So i called them and told them this transmission was wrong and i wanted them to come get it and refund my money.  They stated that they paperwork to pull the next transmission was already made and it would take a 25% restocking fee to stop it. Seriously! I bet no labor was done to the next transmission.   You lost a customer for life and i will tell everyone about this scam.  I went ahead and payed it and i hope this business goes under!
