Sent in a payment (check $2,588.41 ) to cover the balances on Lowe’s Credit Card Account. SYNCHRONY BANK, Inc., employees said that payment was not received. I sent another payment and both checks were cashed.

SYNCHRONY BANK, Inc., has failed to return or credit the overpayment and say they will not look into the matter further. Small claims court says I need a contact name to serv them.
