Rip Off.. No service at house...told working on problem. ..sent signal booster Then it was iPhone 5 has bad internal Antena need to buy a different phone. Then it was tower needs repair waiting on parts.. then coverage issue....software update needed on tower no time frame. Then need more towers just in a bad area.. 1 hr on I90 from corporate headquarters. Wanting to cancel..can't return phones after 14 days.. Even thou h the they strung us along and lied about better internal antenna This company only wants your money...will lie Bair and switch to get it...

Let me state it like this then... 1) was told there was an issue with tower and they were working on fixing problem... 2) then it was no problems just needed a signal booster...which they did send but didn't work on improving signal issue 3)then it was a cell phone issue...that the IPhone 5 has a subpar internal antenna and I needed a different phone . 4)then it was tower needs repaired again.... 5)then tower still down waiting on parts....it's been 5 weeks still no parts (alarm board is part they say they are waiting on) 6)nows it's just a coverage issue need more towers... I live a little over an hour east of corporate headquarters in Bellvue, Wa. And have line of sight to interstate 90...and tower. 7)finally got so fed up with the lies customers service had been feeding us I asked to cancel and that I just wanted to return the phones they said would work better on signal and didnt... 8)was basically told tough.....that I'm in hook for everything.. In conclusion : was strung along past 14day return period only to have them say too bad... Feel as though it was a classic case of bait and switch.. I feel strongly enough about t-mobiles unethical business practices, that I felt I needed to let others know, so they don't fall victim to same scam.
