First, signed up for a $50.00 plan, I have yet to see a bill with that abount, for the last 3 months I been charged double and even triple the amount, not to mention I began really looking at my bill and noticed that tmobile, doubles up on calls and charges for it. I looked at the times that certain calls were made and some of those times Im in court, with my phone shut off, in class with it shut off, thats where the doubling is done, they will take a call that you made or if someone calls you and place it on your bill as if you did make such a call, and they can never make that extra amount that they charge you make sense, dont even think about text messageing, my average minutes used for the last three months have never went beyond 1200 minutes for a whole month, then boom, they claim I used 3000 minutes in 10 ten days and starting charging me with no warning, but yet they told me that they would always warn you before you begin getting charged or when your over your minutes.....check it out, I will be more than happy to pay the 200 dollars to be rid of these crooks,, its not like they havent been charging me that much any way, so I simply look at it as another bill, plus they will need the money any way to pay there attorneys when all consumers are made aware and some action is taken against these cellular crooks

highly upset

I'VE USED T-MOBILE FOR THREE YEARS

AUTHOR: Sherri - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 22, 2005

I have never had a problem and my bills never vary more than a dollar or two, unless we download new megatones. You have to remember that cellular service bills also come with lots of federal, state and local taxes. I have two phones on my plan...one with 1000 anytime minutes, free long distance, no roaming fees, unlimited text messaging and T-Mobile-to-T-Mobile, 10 MG T-Zones, picture and video messaging and my husband's, 3000 anytime minutes, 500 T-Mobile to T-Mobile, 1100 text messages, video and picture messaging and T-Zones: Our bill is $142 a month.

What type of phone do you have? I had problems with a phone several years ago that did not necessarily end calls, or the slightest pressure would make it redial the last call. It was an expensive lesson, but I upgraded my phone and never had it happen again.
