It seems to me that this company needs a little humbling and the last company that ripped me off was called Alaya Decor, in Renton, WA. They were featured on the news as a result and are not longer in business. I did get my money back from the credit card company after filing a dispute. If only these company's would realize that all we want is a response to emails, phone calls and for our products that we paid good money for to work. Here's my story to add to what seems to be a growning list of complaints about this company.

I have had my chair less then 3 months and it no longer works. I have tried to get assistant from the company and they are really good about taking their time. They give you instructions about taking the chair apart to fix it yourself. They have no cares what so ever about getting a solution to the customer ASAP. The person responsible for getting the parts out name is Mike. However he used some guy named Roberts email and doesn't tell you his name isn't Robert unless you are able to get him on the phone. Their warranty is inadequite and of course I read it but thought that of course the $1200 chair wouldn't have problems. Well, I am initiating my credit card company to back their payment out. They could send someone to my home and fix it for me for not very much money but yet they refuse to offer anything like this for a chair that died less then 3 months from the delivery date.

You may as well buy the more expensive chair. After all you won't have to deal with this kind of hassle and have the huge chair in you home that is extremely heavy and probably will also cost money to take to the dump.

My advice to you is to keep on this company. Make sure you update this complaint at least once a month until they stand up and fix the chair or refund the money for you.

In some of the other complaints, the president of the company left his contact phone number. Most (but not all) of the people had a satisfactory resolution after calling him. I would suggest you try that and see if that helps.

Just remember to update this thread with whatever the reaction is - postive or negative.
