I ordered a chair for hubby on September 19th of this year, and they didn't have it in stock (ok, then why advertise as such) so, I told them to forget it and they have kept my money.....over 1600.00 for a month now......
First of all, they shouldn't have taken the money if they didn't have the chair....I have gotten the run around now for a month and I'm tired of it....I NEED the money for a vacation and for some reason, they NEED to keep it.....I doubt that they company is on the up and up....I think they don't know what they are doing....and I think they are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF......and I am so sorry that I ever ordered from them.....WATCH OUT PEOPLE...it's not worth the hassle.

This company has had lots of issues with customer service (as anyone who reads this site will note).
First, you should call your credit card company and challenge the charge. That should fix your problem.
If you want, you could also call the president of the company. He has left his information in several of these complaints. Most people do have good results when they contact him directly. It is just a shame you have to go to that level to get your problem resolved.
