I bought a massage chair on November 08, the sales individual stated that the chair was in stock, lie. The chair was not in stock and they told me that I would have to wait a month to receive it. The time came and when I called them they told me another lie, the chair was delayed again, this time two weeks. On the third phone call they came with the greatest excuse i have ever said....Olivia told that because the company was working on a new model they would not ship the $1800 chair I bought because they were waiting for this new model to be ready and they will ship all chairs at the same time...what a lie...

In the same conversation I proceedede to cancel my order...I was told that the refund to the credit card would be done in a week....maximum 10 days (even after it took them only one day...no..just hours to charge it at the time of purchase). A month has passed and I getting a royal runaround.....you even press the option for customer service and the person that answered the phone said that this is not customer service but the sales department..WHAAAT!!!..plus the fact of being very rude and obnoxious...you could think...you are doing them the favor.

The PERSON that does the refunds....yes apparently there is only one, and the strange fact is that she workd very odd hours...according to mike he stated that it would be impossible for me to talk to her because she works "international" hours and the only way I can reach her is thru emai....I have emailed her more than 7 times and I do not receive any responses AT ALL.

I'm proceeding to dispute the charge in my credit card as well as taking legal action, what this "company" is doing closely resembles...fraud!
