I had the exact same experience as the person in Phoenix. More than that,after i went through the troublesome rigors of contacting them and telling them to stop my subscription AND remove all info, pics, etc. from their site, a year later I am still receiving correspondence from their site and alleged talent scouts.
Furthermore, I have discovered the owner of the domain (thru GoDaddy.com)is in Brazil!

Talenthunters physical street address in Sherman Oaks, Ca. is in the middle of an intersection. I believe this constitutes mail fraud among other things

I can see now why threatening them with legal action has had no effect.

Report them to as many entities as you can and notify your credit cards that they are frauds.
