Last September 2009, I purchased a Porsche 911 Cpe I found on Ebay motors that was listed by Hurricane Motors / Tampa Bay Auto Exchange.  After several conversations with Robert Bilovesick (owner/partner), I was assured that the car was in pristine condition, in his written words, it was a 9.9 out of 10 rated car.  He claimed that he has been selling high end fine automobiles for over 30 years.  He also eluded to the fact that the car out performed any other 911 of that year & model. 

Robert also promised me that the car was 100% "complete" and that it included all of the items that I found missing when it arrived: Spare tire & Cover, Tool & Jack kit, Carpets, Owners manual and Maintenance records.  I asked Robert to be sure that if the wheel had locks, to make sure that the wheel lock key was put in the glove compartment.  When the car was delivered to me, it had a flat tire and I had no way of getting the wheel off to repair it.

I called Robert and he apologized, but promised me that he would pay reimburse me for any expenses that I had to make in order to get the wheel off and to replace the missing items.  I sent Robert all of my paid invoices for some of the missing items and requested that he acknowledge reciept of my letter and advise me as to when I would receive payment.  At this point, he denide receiving any mailed documents, so I faxed them to him six times.  He will not answer any of my calls to his cell or to his office.

The final problem I had dealing with Tampa Bay or Hurricane Motors was that they failed to send me my title papers.  I had to have the Dept. of Motor Vehicles call them and advise them that they were in violation of there dealership license. A few weeks later, I received my documents.

SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF STRESS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!
