On April 8th I signed up for the Disney dvd promotion so I can get 150 Farmville cash. I was supposed to get the cash within 2 to 4 hours. It's been almost a month and I have yet to receive my Farmville cash. I have already received my dvds from the Disney movie club.
I have replied to their email regarding proof needed and still no response. I have complained to customer support once a week since April 10th, still no response. I have even looked up their phone number to call and complain and the recording said a representative is not available and it refers me to their email address.
They are not a company who holds up their part of the deal. I will continue to email my weekly complaint, hopefully I will get a response. Please beware when dealing with this company. I will never do business with this company again.
