Target abused & mistreated, screwed others too, the business that doesnt give a dam Houson Texas

I got hurt at work in January at work. I fractured my wrist. I work overnights at Target on the stocking team. When I went to the doctor he gave me a list of resrictions that I had to follow. My manager, Melissa didn't follow them.

When I went back to the doctor he wanted to know why my wrist got worse. I told him straight out she didn't follow the paper work that he gave me. She almost got written up for it. The next day at work she pulled me into her office she yelled at me, and threatened me. Then I told one of my friend's, she found out and yelled at me again telling me that what she say's to me in the office was between me and her, not the rest of the store.

My friend hurt his back not to long after, one of the other managers told him to go lye down while the truck got unloaded. Melissa came in not to long after walked up to him and said, What the f*** is wrong with you now. He told her and she got the vacation paperwork and told him that he had to take his vacation, which he didn't because workman's comp is suppose to cover that.

The stocking team had a chat session with the human resource lady, we told her everything that we hate about Melissa. Nothing happend.

Last week I hurt my back at work. I was put on very strict restrictions because it was a back injury. Melissa made me stock the laundry detergent and other heavy stuff, when I confronted her she gave me atitude so I decided to let it be.

Then my back was hurting me worse. I told the human resource lady. She taked to Melissa to confirm, she said that I didn't reject working over where I was at all so she kept me there.

They believed her over me.

Target is a horrible company to work for in my opinion. They force you to take vacation when you are hurt to make them look better. What kind of crap is that.
