I recently ordered a t-shirt from target as a birthday gift for my husband. I saw the free shipping to store and thought, great..save money and not worry about having to intercept the gift when it arrives. I was on a work trip and saw the email that my order was ready for pick up. That was a Thursday. When I got back I found out they only hold your order for 2 days and it was cancelled and they where sold out and even though i had paid for it I was out of luck but they would return my money (Thank you so much for returning my money when you took away the product i ordered?). When I called they told me that didn't you read the small print? A two day pick up should be a bold print and a separate acknowledgement when ordering. Everyone was very sorry. But 2 days is all you get was their only reply along with we will forward your concerns. None of which helps with the birthday gift.
