I ordered a dark brown dress from tbdress.com.  They sent me a very orange/red dress.  Even after acknowledging the dress was the wrong color, they did nothing.  Every e-mail was from a different customer service person saying something different, blaming in on the lighting, etc.  One even offered to credit me $5 to keep the dress.

The dress cost me $172.00 and the quality was terrible.  It was nothing like the picture they used on their web site.  After doing some research on this web site, the complaints are very similar to mine with no resolution.

Something should be done about this scam so no one else has to waste their time and money.

TB Dress October 2016 I placed a shoe order. Before the purchase i had a chat with an agent about the same order poped up without my consent she assured me the second order was canceled . I paid for the one. 3 weeks later the other pair of the same shoes arrived. I sent tbdress several emails about how they went in my account without my autorization to refu d my money. TBdress Tbdress.com Flower girl dress ordered. Canellation within 24 hours not honored. Company located in China. No respose received to emails or calls. When company replied was told dress was cut. weeks later in asking for approximate date of completion, was told dress was delayed because we tried to cancel and it was started late Dress finally was received. Poor material, stained, crooked, did not fit appropriate. Took pictures sent them to company, they said they would help cover tailoring expenses. Tailoring was going to exceed $65. Company only willing to cover $25. Dress needed dry cleaning to try and get stains out. Dress cost $80. shipping $20 international exchange $6 ,which was never disclosed.
