TBdress - Let the Buyer BEWARE DRESS for a Wedding: Not even Close to What I Ordered Jiangsue Province, CHINA Internet

I Purchased a dress from TBdress for a wedding.  I ordered the color burgundy.  I received a bright, bright red dress that was sewn too small.  I contacted TBdress customer service on several occasions.  

I was assigned 3 different customer care specialist.  However, they did not follow up with me as promised.  Therefore, I filed a claim with Pay Pal and sent them pictures which clearly showed the dress delivered to me by TBdress was bright red and NOT burgundy.  The pictures also showed that the dress was sewn too small and did not meet the specification TBdress outlined in their sizing chart on their website.  In fact, the dress was sews several inches smaller that the measurements TBdress stated the dress would be.  Initially, TBdress offered me a refund of $20 thru PayPal.  I refused that offer as the dress with tax cost me over $100.00.  PayPal determined that my claim was valid and that I was entitled to a refund. I was required to return the dress to China which I did.  The cost of doing so from the USA was $63.05.  Keep in mind that I already paid over $100 for the dress.  Shipping from the US to China is very expensive.  TBDress surely knows this .  The bottom line is that TBdress sent me a dress that they called Burgundy but which is actually bright, bright red in accordance with the PMS international color standards.  They also delivered a dress that was sewn smaller than the measurements listed on their website.  Their customer service does not follow through and they DO NOT make a good faith effort to solve customer issues.  They WILL NOT refund your purchase price $ even when the problem is completely their fault.  Therefore, I would say that doing business with TBdress is very risky and not worth it.  If you have a problem, you cannot count on them to be honorable and stand behind their product or refund your $ even when they are 100% at fault.  I personally will never buy anything from CHINA again because the shipping costs back to China if you have an issue just doesn’t make it worth it.  Buy from the USA or Europe.  If you buy anything from TBdress, you need to BEWARE.  As a side note, I have serious doubts about all of the positive reviews for TBdress.  If you look on specific consumer websites, their reviews are horrible.  I can't help but wonder if they have used computers to generate false positive reviews for their business.
