tbdress Total Rip-off Do not buy from them!!! Internet

We ordered a dress from tbdress for my daughter.  When the dress arrived it had a rip in the seam and did not fit at all.  Also the zipper was sticking and very hard to zip.  Also the dress was of extremely poor quality. 

When we tried to return it, they said we could send pictures of the problems.  I sent a picture of the rip and of the zipper stuck.  They said that it passed their quality control before being shipped and we needed to pay to have it fixed, the rip was not enough of a reason to return it.  

They also wanted pictures of us measuring the dress in total detail and then measuring our daughter in the same detail.  No way!  They are not getting a close up picture of my daughter's breasts!  

We are now trying to go through our credit card company to get our money back.  But we have a feeling that in the end we will be stuck with an extremely cheap dress that fits no one here and still pay over 200 dollars for the experience.

Please do not order from them!!!  I wish we had seen this website before we ordered.
