TCA Fulfillment Services Rebate Ripoff of EA sports rebate deal New Rochelle New York

I finnally recieved a letter 8 weeks after I sent in my rebate for a free game when you purchase 2. All the letter said was here is your 4 dollars back your submission was denied because you did not fully comply with the terms. They did not say which terms and I know I did eveything they told me because there was a checklist on the rebate form. They did not even have a phone number to contact them luckily your web site popped up in a search. I tried calling the phone number listed but it was constantly busy. I would not have even purchased the second game if not for the free one coming I love the fact they can just deny a claim and give no reason. I guess this was a $35 dollar lesson.
