Purchased a Pyxscape 17 inch LCD from Buy.Com on 11/30/04, Buy.Com did not fill the order until 1/05/05. I sent in my 100.00 rebate on 1/5/05 to TCA which clearly states the following on the rebate form :
Valid Purchase Dates: 9/14/2004 to 1/31/2005
Postmark by: 2/20/2005
Received and email from TCA stating the following:
"Unfortunately your rebate is denied for the following reasons:
ORIGINAL PURCHASE NOT DURING REBATE PERIOD
REQUEST POSTMARKED AFTER CLOSE OF PROGRAM DEADLINE
PURCHASED 11-30-04 -- POSTMARKED 01-05-05"
Last time I checked 11/30/04 as well as 1/05/05 are all within the time frame stated above. I try to call TCA but only get a busy signal.

I had Exact same situatiation.
Bought 17 Pyxscape on 12/21/2004 and postmoarked 12/27/2004 got denied.
Yesterday i wrote to :
customerservice@wheresmyrebate.com
Just gave details. Date bought and Postmarked and what the details of the offer were.
I was and still am clearly within the guidelines.
Today, i got an email saying the rebate was approved. I checked status and the status was changed from denied to pending aprroval.
I will beleive it when I get the check but send them an e-mail. It may be worth the $100.00 they owe us.

FYI customerservice@wheresmyrebate.com and 1-800-390-2344 were not found anywhere on the thier website, I found them on here. This site is a great resource.
