HOw did it go with the money TCRM was supposed to send you in Miami? Been looking over these reports and it really is something how these companies work...How can they justify changing all the terms at the last minute and calling you the bad guys? Makes no sense at all...You should be compensated for them getting you right to the line of closing and then --not the same loan by a long shot....The pres of that company hit the nail on the head with her description of "bait and switch"..you get them right to the week or so before closing, and suddenly you said the lender would own 90% of the property? Unreal...and YOU had to pay for an corp for another $2500more? Let us know how it's going...rich
