After seeing your reports and since I was in the market for a loan, I had my brother call and get information for me from this company... How can companies like this be allowed to exist? After several weeks, the terms of the loan he asked for changed and were pushing for closing.

I sympathize with all of you... Have you tried writing to the State of N.Y. Dept of Consumer Affairs, etc. It would be worth a try to put them out of business.... Would like to hear how this turns out.

Over the weekend we met some friends for dinner and casually the name TCRM Commercial Corp. came up...Our friends who were visiting from out of town said they were seriously considering a loan through TCRM but after they checked them out online on your website, decided to go elsewhere....

Nick and Jan....did you ever recoup the money TCRM owed you? Let us know....Thanks for the information
