TDW Closeouts Misleading word & horrible service Sunrise Florida

I ordered a pallet of over-stocked children clothes last December by paying $3500 for one pallet. On the website, it says the pallet contains the brand such as CK, RL, etc.

I called them to ask exactly what this etc mean and the representative is called Maria. She told me mostly one pallet will contain CK, RL and other good brands > 70%.

That sounds great. So I signed the paper and made the order. In the final order email, Maria didn't mention these brand name any more, which really worries me.

Well, after receiving those children clothes, I realize why I never get any email or paper about the exact stuff they put there.

I think I am luckier than the other victims. At least, I get sth. which doesn't look that awful but doesn't look as described in their website at all. I got none of the good brand they mentioned. All brands are of Green Dog, First Impression, which looks like from W-Mart. Some original price is even only $5.00 but I paid around $6.00 for each one. Also some clothes really don't like the ones for children.

I called their service representative and the procedure has been described in lots of other complaints already. First, say she needs to talk to her manager. Then say her manager needs to do some check. Then her manger gave $500 credit. But again, when I sent her email, she never replied. You can not image how quick her response when you order the pallet.

Well, I don't think I want to deal with this kind of company any more. I guess it is not that easy to get the money back. However, I want to know:

1. where to complain? BBB?
2. Will Sunrise city government take some actions to stop this kind of scam?
