This individuals working at this company are not only very rude, they also have no trepidation about lying to you. In addition, they are an extremely high pressure sales staff.

Having read other consumers' complaints about this company, I can only say that my experiences with this organization is somewhat typical to other people's experiences with this same company. What this company does is advertise an extremely low price for a product. When you place the order, they use high pressure to try to get you to order additional products from them; and these additional products are at prices much higher than those available elsewhere. If you decline purchasing these additional products, they will either hang up on you (which they did to me on my first call to them), or tell you that they are out of stock on the product which you wish to purchase from them (which they did to me on my second call to them).

I had to call three separate times, to trick them into telling me that they had the product (in my case, a Sony Cybershot DSC-T300 camera) in stock; and could send it out within 3 days, but when I tried to order it from him, he told me that I should order it online; that he was too busy and had other calls waiting; and that if I wanted to order it, I would have to wait my turn. I waited 25 minutes on hold, before I finally came to the conclusion that he was never going to take the order.

I then ordered the product online; and I received an e-mail confirmation, directing me to call their company, to confirm the purchase. When I called to confirm my order, the person insisted that I needed to purchase additional products in order for this camera to work (Lie #1); and when I finally convinced him that I was not purchasing anything additional, he finally gave up; telling me that my purchase would be sent out shortly. (Lie #2)

I waited 45 days before calling them to inform them that I had not received the product. I was told that they had sent me an e-mail, informing me that this product was on back-order; and that it would be shipped after they got more cameras in. I checked my e-mails, only to find out that they had not sent me such an e-mail (Lie #3)To date, this has not occurred; and that is why I am cancelling the order and writing to reort on my experiences with this company.
