TELE KING Rip-off deceptive advertising dishonest fraudulent business practices Miami Florida

These people are thieves! They took $11,950.00 from me and promised to ship 6 displays within 45 days. It is about one year now and only 2 of them were shipped!

They agreed "...to research, qualify and secure by consignment, and contract all locations on behalf of distributor for each display purchase." They also agreed "...to provide 18 locations to distributor." But out of over 20 locations they sent me to (in MD and MA), none of them accepted any display and only one merchant would even try to sell some cards. Unfortunately this one backed out on grounds that the cards were no good.

have made a numbers of calls to this Tele King but each time I'm told that someone will call me back - they never called. Finally, I got to talk to someone (?Jason) and he said as a company policy, they cannot buy my business back, and they cannot refund me for the unshipped displays but are willing to ship them now.

I think this is ridiculous. They could not honor their contract for almost a year, - they could not even find locations for the 2 boxes that are occupying space in my house and they want to send 4 more? I want my money back!

Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TELE KING. A class action lawsuit would be necessary to stop these thieves from ripping-off many people of their hard-earned money.
