Telecheck Recovery Services Illegal Practices Houston Texas

Compass Bank filed a claim with my name on it with Telecheck Recovery Services. I have been notified that Compass Bank falsified information to Telecheck. There was no bad check written on any accounts with Compass Bank, there were no funds stolen, from Compass Bank. This claim is Compass Bank exercising their contractual agreement with Telecheck to Black Ball me from writing checks throughout the United States, in order to collect fund that they never lost.

I demanded in writting that Telecheck remove this claim from their nationwide system, labeling me a fraudulent check writer, or show factual documentation that proves I have written bad checks or stolen any funds from Compass Bank.

I have attempted to resolve this matter with Compass Bank directly with no success. I refuse to pay their fees, and in turn they have every right to refuse to do further business with me, but they do not have a legal right to harass me, and label me as a thief by check just because they are a Telecheck merchant under contractual agreement with your data center.

After notifying Telecheck Services by phone and in writting, I have been told they have "No record of this complaint". How convienent for them. Now I copy them and the Attorney Generals Office, atleast once a week. Still no response.
