Teleport Communications Group Shawn Miller Scam...Cash Advance Lawsuit Brooklyn, New York

A representative,Shawn Miller, from the name company contact me on 5/9/12 in and stated that they have a legal matter to discuss with me in reference to a Cash Advance loan that I did not pay back.  I have not received any loan from Cash Advance.  They then contacted my employer on 5/10/12 and stated that I have my employer listed as a guarantor in the event that I do not pay this loan back.  I have not received any loan from Cash Advance.  I have spoke with a representative from Cash Advance and they have informed me that I am not in their system as anyone who has received any loan from so I am unsure as to how this company has any information about me.  I do not like having anyone contacting myself or my employer about any loans that I have not taken out, let alone received.
