I had the same experience, Qwest billed be on behalf of Teleseven, LLC, who was billed through a company called OAN. I called OAN to dispute the charge and they agreed to credit my bill since the "call" was made at 1:26 pm on a weekday and I was at work at the time! They said the directory assitance call was made from somewhere other than my phone, and was billed to my phone. I had the same charge as the other person who complained on this site - $6.45 for a directory assistance call.
