Tempelton Group Alex, James, Pope, Tempelton Group, Westburry, NewYork Tempelton Grup is Riff Off big time, Paid 1600 for loan modification and now dont even respont to calls, Dont pay dime to these people, what they are running is scam. I wish i would have searched about them before i gave them chceck. Westburry, New York

I was looking for loan modification for my house and unfortunately i found them, I called James Pope and he came to my house and explained and promised me that this loan modification will be processed and finished in 90 days and i will get call from my bank (Suntrust). Payment arrangement was to pay in 2 payments of 1650 each time and i gave check to James and made the check out to Tempelton Group. Check was cashed in 3 days and i have another post dated check for same amout to him at the sametime. After 2 months when i saw that he was not taking my calls and I called Suntrust Bank to see if paperwork was submitted they said there is no application for loan midification. I called my back and stoped the payment for second check. He called when he tried to cash out the second checkand and found out that this check payment has been stopped by me. He was rude and said the process stops here and said what process are you talking about, this process never took off. His so called processing guy Alex called and said i will take care of the application and send me the paystubs and bank statements which i did never heard back from them ever again. I had my lawyer called James Pope and he said he will not talk until he has my written authoruzation. I sent him certified letter giving him authorization and he text me back he wants computerised letter not hand written. Now i am in the middle of the process to take him to small claim court. It was hard earned money that he took from me. I could have bought something nice for my kids. i hope i get justice in court when i take these crooks in the court in front of judge.
