TEP Wireless Complete lack of service Internet

Do NOT rent a TEP device!! As multiple reviews state their service is spotty at best and their customer service is nonexistent. I just returned from a 10 day trip to the UK, France and Italy - here's a recap of the issues I experienced:

1) device did not ship as promised but after several emails it did arrive the day before I left
2) device would not work upon arrival in London. Had to buy hotel internet in order to Skype TEP customer support. Took 30 minutes to get thru and go step by step on a device reset.
3) separate device for France - annoying but no issues
4) original device would not work upon arrival in Italy.

Called TEP support multiple times and no one answered the phone. Left a message and sent multiple emails with no response. After 48 hours without connectivity I finally got someone on the phone and she advised there was a network outage recorded and they could call me when it was resolved. With no phone service that was impossible so I requested an email and she confirmed. Fast forward 5 days - no service, no phone call, no email, and no reply to my dal email request for service!

TEP is a complete sham and based on multiple reviews I won't hold my breath for a refund, instead I went straight to Amex and disputed the charges. Beyond ridiculous - stay away from this infuriating company with ZERO customer service!!
