Joel and texas horse stalls owe me $4,800.00 for insulating one of his clients buildings. He continues to say he doesnt have the money. I spoke to his customer that said thay paid him two months ago for the work we did. His customer told me that he is contact with his lawyer over incomplete work and not paying his sub contractors.

He is a liar and a crook. Dont be a victim...
