I gave Joel Downs 19+K up front to build me a metal building back in April 2016. He has not built my metal building yet and it has been almost been a year since I gave him the $19K. Joel Downs has told me he was coming to start and finish my building many many times, but her never shows up.

Do not trust Joel.  He will lie to you and take your money.

It has now been over 1000 days since I paid Joel Downs over $19,000 upfront to build a metal building for me.

It will be three years in March 2019.  Joel lies concerning him actually finishing my building. He has spent around 12 hours woking om my building in the past 1000 days.

He is a theif and a liar and should be in jail for contractor theft.  Do not hire him.
