Texas Horse Stalls / Joel Downs Cathy Downs Texas Horse Stalls - Do Not Use! Waxahachie Texas

I contratced Texas Horse Stalls / Joel and Cathy Downs on September 11, 2015 to build us a 36x36 horse barn.  I have paid 23k at this point and over 10 months later we only have a slab with 8 perimeter posts.  He promised to have it built in 4 to 6 weeks, but there were delays with the weather.  I have been given nothing but excuses and I have told him I want my money back, which he has told me that it will take 30 days to get my money back.  I have given Joel countless opportunities to make it right and still get nothing but excuses.  There are several other reports of the exact same situation, so it is not just me that is having the issue.  I have kept all of the conversations that we have had through texts and it makes me sick to go back through and read them.  I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Angies List as well and next week my attorney will be sending him a letter of intent for a lawsuit.  Joel Downs has turned what is supposed to be a good/fun experience into a complete nightmare.
