This Customer Alan Padgett, ordered 10 small building kits from me.  When the kits were ready to be delivered Alan did not tell me he wanted the buildings intergrated into his pipe fencing which was on a 30 degree slope.  So the kits he ordered would not work for his situation.  Every building would have to be custom made.  Alan wanted to cancel the order even though he made the mistake in the beginning.  Alan put a down payment of 15k and he recieved all of it back.  I have documentation to prove this.  Alan wanted more money back than he paid.  I believe Alan makes a habbit of this with other contractors to get what he can out of them.  I have plenty of references to prove I am innocent.

While I am still owed money by Joel Downs I request the report be removed.
