I recently was called from an Office in West Palm Beach that stated they wanted to hire me based upon the Customer Service Experience that I had. They stated on the phone it would be a full time position and that I would be paid fifteen dollars and hour. Well, I was excited because as hard as it is to get a job in these hard times I was surprised. Well I went to WPB to the interview, and found that it was a position that you had to work for, alright okay, I understand that because you have to do that with any position. However, they wanted me to work purely commission.

At first they said that it would be two months and I would be paid the hourly wage then after, alright well I thought that might be doable. However, I went on the "second interview" which is pretty much working a day for free and following the others around. Well after being in the hot blistering sun for hours and not being able to drink or eat, plus the state bird, the mosquito it was pretty tough. I get back to the office later than promised and then they say well you have to work for about 6-8 months on commision in a process to become manager and have your own office. Still alright, I was willing to give it a desperate try.

Then I found out that after your first day selling, the first sale that you make, you will get paid for it three weeks after you start, so they hold back your check till then and if you get fired before that time, well sorry who are you? DID you work here before is pretty much the questions you get. I just wanted to let everyone know that it is not what is seems, and they promise a great office job in the end but I was fed up and I didn't want anything else to do with the place after that point. Promises, Promises they will never keep. HA!
