TFI, Solutions THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SALES JOB "COLD CALLING" ONLY!! CRAZY INTERVIEW!!!! West Palm Beach Florida

I saw the job posted on the those career websites. I applied for the job because I have a Marketing degree and the position geared for college graduates with marketing degrees. I got a call from a really nice lady and I agreed for an interview. I went to the first interview and it was very brief and the ladies were SO nice. They immediately invited back for a second interview and she didn't tell me too much about it but she said I would be shadowing someone all day.

I figured okay well I have nothing to loose. I figured we would be in the office for a portion of the day and maybe out visiting a couple of clients. WRONG!!! The minute I got there at 9:30am I wasn't attended until 10:15am. Then I got sent out with some guy 45 minutes away from the office where he kept asking me questions in the car and quizzing me like I was in college again as if I didn't know what my degree entailed. I kept trying to ask questions and he said I will explain everything at lunch.

HE WOULDN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS! We went DOOR-TO-DOOR selling office supplies from a company named "Quill". Where does Quill tie into TFI? It doesn't apparently Quill is a customer of TFI solutions. The guy was so pushy and had horrible selling tactics. They try to get in and out immediately because they don't even have business cards and they don't return to their area after two weeks to even check up on their clients and establish a relationship.

We went to at least 50 businesses that day and made NO SALES! I even had to buy my own lunch. By 5:30pm
Throughout the whole day he kept asking me questions to get to know me. But honestly if it was a real interview. He shouldn't know my personal life.

Okay so here is how they pay you. Commission based only 28%. You have to drive your own car to whatever neighborhood they send you too (it could be almost an hour away). No gas compensation, NO NOTHING! But wait it gets better you get a $100 gas card if you close 8 accounts in one week. ummm we went to 50 companies and didn't close any in one day. I think it's a little ridiculous. With our economy, gas prices going up they aren't going to even pay your a base salary??

I don't believe this company cares about their customers if they did, they would establish a better relationship between their customers and sales reps.
