I responded to a telephone call that came just as I was searching for college prep information for my son. It was from the College Prep Center and I was told they were responding to my indication that I desired ACT preperation help. They offered the money back cd training and online help. I ordered a package.
I gave them my credit card, watched the payment come and have never recieved a thing. I have tried to call teh company and have not received a call back.
At this point I don't believe I will ever see my $119.99 again.

My name is Lori, the Dispute Manager for The College Prep Center Inc., I would like to respond to Kevin's message of not receiving the software materials. Looking at this account, I can understand his concern for the delay. He purchased our product during a time that we were short staffed. According to our records he received the shipment shortly after his comments to Ripoff Report. We apologize for the inconvenience he and his son experienced during that time period.
