I too have been scammed by these people, I recieved a phone call, saying that my daughter's School had her on a list for the College Prep Center program.

The man I spoke to gave me a spiel about how this would help her etc. and that he needed my credit card number for a hold, and I told him I didn't have money on there, and he preceeded to tell me that it was not going to be used, unless it was with my say so and that he would call back in a month to see if anything had changed, and this would be on the date of December 29th.

I recieved no call back and the next day, 119.99 was charged to my credit card, so I disputed it with my card co. and was given back 94.00 of that, so again I disputed the remaining 24.99. I gave no consent for this and even sent the package back unopened.

I talked to some one after calling numerous time prior to that, a lady, and she said that it had been cancelled, then it was taken off my card after the fact.

Well I checked my Card account and sure enough there was a charge(which was to be a monthly charge) of 49.95.

I have disputed it about two weeks ago and nothing, it is still on my card, and I tried numerous times to call this place and end up getting an answering machine, I leave a message and no return calls. I had even threatened a lawsuit and everything to no avail.

This has got to stop, people are losing money and credit on account of these people. I never as I stated before, gave any permission for any of it. The man took it upon himself to just take the charges off. I am i fear now because the 29th is getting closer and they will be taking it off again.

I was told by one customer service rep at my cc company that it wouldn't matter if I changed my card or not they could still keep right on charging me. I have nevr in my life had to face something like this and these people need to be shut down...NOW!!
